The challenges for your business

Data has always been essential in companies to drive activity, make strategic decisions, produce other data to carry out various operational treatments.

With the explosion of data, their use has taken on an unprecedented scale with increasingly large volumes, ever more complex analyzes and increasingly strong needs for instantaneity.

Using Excel to enable the exploitation and analysis of this growing mass of data was the solution 20 years ago .

This is no longer suitable today, for various reasons: the lack of reliability, the complexity of the macros that are difficult to master, the workload to create the graphics and maintain them, the technical and functional limits of all kinds, the difficulties of sharing are  examples.

Because the use of data is a strategic issue today, more efficient tools must be used.

Microsoft 365 contributions

Power BI is Microsoft 365's solution to enable enterprise-wide data analysis through dynamic dashboards using data sources from multiple origins.

These dashboards are natively integrated into the channels  Teams or in pages  SharePoint , which offers powerful use cases for sharing and collaboration.

More than a simple tool for creating dashboards, Power BI is also a powerful tool for upstream data processing.  (example: on-the-fly conversion of dates, units, etc.).
