Abalon MVPs at MVP Summit 2023!

MVPs (Microsoft Most Valuable Professional) from Abalon had the chance to participate last week in the 2023 edition of the MVP Summit.

This edition was exceptional for two reasons:

  • This was a first return to physical (after the COVID years when the event was held online only) on the Microsoft campus (but online access for hybrid access were also available)

  • It was an opportunity to celebrate the 30th anniversary of this fantastic community.

The MVPS are 3387 in the world. They are passionate Microsoft technology experts and in the words of the MVP site:

Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals, or MVPs, are technology experts who passionately share their knowledge with the community. They are always on the "bleeding edge" and have an unstoppable urge to get their hands on new, exciting technologies. They have very deep knowledge of Microsoft products and services, while also being able to bring together diverse platforms, products and solutions, to solve real world problems. MVPs make up a global community of over 4,000 technical experts and community leaders across 90 countries/regions and are driven by their passion, community spirit, and quest for knowledge. Above all and in addition to their amazing technical abilities, MVPs are always willing to help others - that's what sets them apart.

Three MVPs working at Abalon, Chloé Moreau, Théophile Chin-Nin and Patrick Guimonet had the chance to go to the Microsoft campus located in Redmond (near Seattle, Washington State in the United States) to participate in this Summit. Franck Catinot was able to follow the meetings remotely.

The week is therefore full of presentations, round tables and meetings but the content being subject to NDA ("Non-Disclosure Agreement") it is not possible to know more. It was in any case very rich in meetings with the development teams, the other French and international MVPS.

Here are photos of someone's best moments.

One piece of advice to give you: don't miss the next Microsoft conferences and in particular:

to keep you informed of all the news

And see you next year!
